Terms of service.

On the dates settled for your project to take place, within this time frame please ensure you’re available to communicate, to answer any further questions, and to offer feedback on designs of each revision to make things as easy and efficient as possible. This is crucial in order to deliver your work within the project deadline. Lack of communication could elongate and hinder the design process as well as my work schedule.

All artwork is copyrighted and is the sole property of Riah Mae. No designs can be duplicated, re-used, or derived from in any way.

We cannot be held responsible if your order is damaged in the mail. Once items leave the studio, they are out of our hands. Everything is done to ensure that your goods will arrive safely & in perfect condition!

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48hrs before your project start date we have settled, where your 50% deposit will be refunded to you.
If cancellation is made less than 48hrs prior then the 50% deposit made upon booking will be non refundable as a cancellation fee.

All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed to me in writing; you will receive a written acknowledgement. On receipt of your confirmation to us, the notice period becomes effective and your booking / slot will be released for re-sale.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of handmade and custom designed artwork / projects, we do not offer refunds. The process is individual and tailored to you, where we offer a highly collaborative service with several revisions rounds included. As long as you are clear and specific with what you require, your needs will be met successfully.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Any additional changes or edits made to your work outside of the free revisions provided and beyond the set deadline given will be charged at an hourly rate.
